Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
